Does this forum allow the posting of a gofundme for a memorial fund?

I'm not the type to donate a lot of money to fund raisers. That said, there is a fundraiser on gofundme for the widow of a murder victim. The murder was senseless; this time last week she and her husband were living their lives like the rest of us...... I don't want to violate the terms of this forum so will not post unless I get the green light to do so.
