Well we got the place. The home had been owned by elderly owners for many years and the lack of maintenance is evident. The crawl spaces(2) had been open for so long they took on a life of their own. No gutters ever on the house. We drove by the place for years but it was so overgrown I never noticed it. But the view makes it all worthwhile.
Been in intense clean up mode since we got it. Many trailerfuls of rat habitat gone to the transfer station. For whatever reason there were rolls of old carpet, padding, stacks of plywood etc up in the roof trusses of the shop that contained many rat families and it was very foul. More fun to come!
