Where Can I find the plastic front bumper....

Well You know it's bad when people in other states are calling you for help on finding a part for there car. My dads friend has a 300sd 1982 US SPEC that the front plastic bumper has cracked on. I just need to figure out were I can find them other than in a junk yard. Thanks Any help would be great.
PS
It feels great to post a Mercedes Question again

the thing is he really wants a new one. His is repairable with a little work but using it to ram snow will just rip it up again.
Thanks

When I was shopping around for my SEC front bumper cover, what I found was that a new one cost around $800 . (price is the same for the SEL)
I got a used one for 1/2 the price. A new one will have to be painted just like a used one so why not get used and save a significant amount of money.

Dan,

If you're looking for quality used parts, call these guys: http://www.pgauto.com (Phone # is on the site) Ask for Pat.
It's Potomac German Auto. They deal exclusively in MB and are a well run salvage business. Pat really knows (and loves) MB vehicles. I've used them before, and the service was fantastic -- as were the prices.

I'm not affilliated with them, I'm just a satisfied customer that's more than happy to help them out by steering a little business their way.

Give them a call.
