Tsunami warning

Got our first Tsunami warning since moving to the coast. We were having coffee and I noticed the weights were swinging in our grandfather clock for no apparent reason. I assumed it had to have been an earthquake and then the warning came. We are about 70' above sea level but still in the evacuation zone but did not leave. The low part of town was evacuated.

Good thing it didn't show up There is a huge record up there of the geological history of a huge problem in the past. That area is prone. I wouldn't live on that coast, or the others.
