Package lost in the mail turned up in Hawaii
I know this is trivial but maybe someone can have a chuckle over it. My wife sent her friend a small package in the mail a month ago. After it did not arrive I started checking the tracking. It had left the Post Office then nothing changed for a month. I had already cancelled a check that was in the package. I had given up on it and on a lark, I checked the tracking today. It turned up in Honolulu, Hawaii! I guess it will arrive with a nice tan after a long vacation.

It was delivered today. Once moving it made record time back to the states.
One more useless piece of trivia: When we bought our home it had a "appliance garage". The door was in the way of the MW oven I wanted to put there so I "removed" and saved the door. I remember when I removed it thinking I hope I never need to put it back on. 6.5 years later we are selling our home. it was the biggest PITA to put the door back on as it had been installed at the cabinet factory with full access and I was working inside a small, confined space with tiny screws and the door in the way the entire time. Then winding the tiny, inaccessible knob to put tension on the lifting assemble. This will be a 3 Martini night.
