Tossing the caber, lads
I wanted to somehow put a hard Scottish brogue into the word caber there, but it's hard to do with the written word.
I will confess that I put 10 or 15 minutes after dinner into scrolling YouTube videos. And who would've thought? A guy with a Scottish surname such as myself, having of course, heard of, and been aware of the uber manly sport of tossing the caber, never really understood how the contest is scored until I saw this video: https://youtube.com/shorts/9igp9Rd9wTo?si=8LvuuRmR7ZnLrkL5

I'm not a weakling but whoa, 150 pounds of pole tossed around like that?
They should perhaps have weight classes.

Thank God we can rely on someone to bring the slime. Lather it up good, get a big mop and spread it around. It's your talent.
