Hi, can anyone tell me why my convertable top goes down with authority, but barley makes it back up? This just started recently, could it be hydraulics or motor, how do I check the hydr and where can I locate it. I dont have owners manuel. Oh yeah its a 1993 300 cecv cabriolet........
