Howdy from another Texan!

I'm also G-Benz in benzsport.com, but I haven't posted yet...

...I consider chrome valve stem caps performance items, so I probably wouldn't fit in too well over there right now...

Welcome from down yonder in Georgia USA!

My mother just got back from Paris Sunday, she said the pastries and desserts were yumm!!

She went with her hubby and father-in-law for the "Band of Brothers" ceremony? He was a POW for a year during World War II. I know the story but do not know the correct name of the event they attended? Had a great visit!

Newbie

Frenchy,

Welcome to the forum. What Mercedes do you drive? Are there any manual transmission rebuilders in your area that might be able to ship Mercedes 123 Series 5 speed transmission to the USA?

In 1962 I lived on a yatch in Pairs for a year, just under Pont d'Alma. Never had more fun in my life. The yatch owner had a private nightclub on the Bateuax Mouches. Bridget Bardo, Peter O'tool, Jacques Tati, Marcell Marceaux, Noel Coward all came by the boat. Very busy in those days juggling the patron's mistresses.

Welcome,
Ben
