V 12 engine on Ebay

V 12 engine 43000 miles, reserve not met, not much time left.sure would perk up the old 240D........

You better get the transmission he is selling too. Yours might be a trifle light for that duty.

maybe could inject a little diesel fuel into the exaust system to make it smoke ,sure could trick that new VW space ship..............

While you are at it, consider the cost of relocating the dashboard back a few feet to the rear seat area. That engine takes up a mighty bit of real estate!!!

John, that would be funnier than a strech limo VW bug. it might be easier to put a 455 olds Toranado engine and transaxle in the back seat.........4 wheel steering.......
problem is that I sometimes attempt such crazy ideas..........

Kit car

There use to be kit car that looked like the Bradley it was set up for the Olds Toranado drive train.

OMG, that V12 will have spark plugs! Besides, you're going to need all new plumbing and gas supply. Here in Minnesota we don't have emmisions standards for water craft. I could put it in my canoe and run carbs... SIX of them

Too much real estate here too! I'd opt for six 41mm 2-barrel Webers or 3 600CFM 4-barrel Holleys!!!
