Looks like I'll be in Boston the week before Thanksgiving, conducting interviews. Any suggestions on things to do, sights etc? Bear in mind I will be working, with no expectation of being done/free before 4 pm.

Will you be renting a car???

Taxi rides a expensive. The North end is GREAT for italian food ask any of the locals they will steer you to a few good places

Sea food No name restaurant is good

Border cafe for mexian food in town

North of the city in Saugus Ma. The hill top steak house.

Razormans house for cold beer, a game of pool or play the slot machine. Als i make a wicked margurita.

Looking for work with BPD??? Naw, I'll be there to interview applicants for us. As far as a rental, we have 6 of us coming out and are authorized 2 rentals, usual they go to the senior guy(s). This trip my orders are cut to lower MY expenses

, so I get to carry the conference room, at $500/day

, but a rental should be at my disposal.

No offense, but having spent nearly all my life, somewhere along the SW border, I just can't imagine getting good Mexican food in Boston. However, I have been known to be wrong before.

I have never been to B-town, so I was just looking at the map for a bit. I know I will be staying at the new Hilton at Logan and some of the mentioned places looked to be pretty far out, then I remembered D'OH, small States there, things are much closer to gether. Remeber, out west an inch or two on the map means a mighty long way, hehehe.

We might be able to meet up one evening.

I'm in Boston. I'm a student so things that I do might not interest you too much. However I'll figure out something.

Logan Airport is so close to the city. The Blue line would take you right into "Gov't Center " and from there the Green-Line (T) could take you to the city.

If you give me a call I'd be glad to show you around when I'm not too busy!

There are some really nice restaurants, pubs, and bars in the Business District. Most of which I can't go to (21+).

I was at Boston a few years back I would DEFINATLY go to Finual Hall.......It's made up of restaurants, shops, etc. and is right downyown. Things to see are the Constitution (Ol' Ironsides), North Church, on the freedom trail, Cheers, and of coarse Harvard in Cambridge. This campus is outstanding and rich in history. There are many nice seafood restaurants along the wharf area.

If you're up to walking, the Freedom Trail is great. Did it earlier this year and you can always find food and stuff on it. Be sure to bring your camera!

If you are a seafood lover, you have to try Summer Shack in Cambridge. The address is 149 Alewife Brook Parkway, Cambridge, MA. Phone number is (617)520-9500. Price for lobster is great, and the selection of seafood is fantastic. I go there every time I am in town for business. You may want to call ahead becasue that place is pack most of the time!!

Stop by Cheers and have a drink afterwards. Not really like the show but nonetheless, been there, done that.

On the way out, swing by Legal Seafood in Logan. It is becommig a chain restaurant on the Mid Atlantic area, but it is still a good place for the price.
