I know this topic has come up a few times so here is what I did to get the warranty history on my 95 E420.

I emailed request to MBUSA. They emailed back that if I would send them proof of ownership they woudl get this for me. I faxed them copy of my title. I received a call back telling me their were 2 items taken care of under warranty....brake pads and a recall 95-0223, cable harness, both done on 4/1/95. About a week later I received letter from them confirming. No charge for this service.
