How much to offer for '94 E320 w/210K mi?
I'm looking at buying this black '94 E320 from a guy asking $6,995. The car is very clean inside and out with no mechanical problems I can't handle cheaply. The miles don't bother me personally but I worry about resale in 6 to 9 months. I saw one on Ebay with 154K do $6,700. If I make an offer in the low 5's and we settle in the upper 5 's, will I loose money if I sell in the summer?

Ebay prices tend to be low because unless you live near the seller, you are buying sight unseen, and there is the hassle and expense of travel.
A more accurate guage would be to check your local paper and see what comparable cars are selling for. Just my 2-cents (arguably worth that). Jeff Pierce
