1998 E-320 Wagon

First time to purchase a Mercedes. I have an opportunity to purchase a 1998 E-320 Wagon with 22,000 miles, one owner. The price of the car is $26,000. I have heard a lot of good things about this car. Has anyone ever owned this model of wagon and what are the pro's and con's.
