So we have this C240 now and read things about the engine oil. In the manual MB recommends to change it once a year or like 20 000km and the damm engine doesnt even have a dipstick! In the menu you read the engine oil level when it is off which is really neat.
The car had 40 000kmm on it and the oil was changed only twice and it has synthetic (thank god). It is due in 8900km for a change but my dad doesnt trust this too much and will change it today for the sake of not worrying about it.
How did MB make engines all of a sudden that barely need oil changes? I dont get it.
