It'd be a shame if someone found the ticket and didn't return it to her! That one woman in the article actually said she would cash in for herself and not return it. How could they live with themselves? I guess there are 162,000,000 reasons. Honesty only goes so far, I guess.

Some woman just turned it in, she says its hers and the woman who "lost" it lied. Who knows what really happened...

Yeah living with oneself becomes easy in a brand new Ferrari or condo in Tahiti

The other woman who "lost" her ticket said she based her number choices on family birthdays. That should be pretty easy to verify.

Does the Lottery not know how many tickets were sold with the winning numbers and where ? Our lottery here in Canada reports the next day where and how many winning tickets were sold. No tax on our lottery either , mind you they never get that big either.

Yes they do. The point is, the REAL winner planned on holding off a bit before turning in her ticket until she heard the report that the "fake" winner was announcing that she was the real winner and had lost the winning ticket.
