A few months ago one of the Japanese grad students asked me why he always sees lots white men walking with Japanese women. I asked what he meant by "walking" and he said he meant "married to or dating".

He seemed very annoyed and puzzled. He said he sees white men walking with Japanese women but never white women walking with Japanese men. He even went further, saying that he sees white men walking with Japanese men, but never white women walking with Japanese men.

After thinking it over and observing what goes on in the City, I came to the conclusion that he was right.

Is it this way where you live? Why is it this way? And why do so many white men like Asian women so much? I hear talk all the time that Asian women are accommodating and submissive, but I have to say most of the Asian women I have met are very bossy, especially after they get married.
