Anyone else missing top down driving?

Boy, Here in the surburbs of Phila. PA it's been a cold and wet winter. Sure wish the weather would be nicer. We haven't had a decent day for months. Can't wait to get the SL out for a drive with the top down. Anyone else feeling the same?

Of course this picture is from last summer

If you want to know how crooked a stick is, just lay a straight one next to it.

It's not the tall sails that bring a ship to the port of destination, but the unseen wind.

Same here at the Jersey Shore......I just put the Ice Boat away for another season, as the ice on the bay is starting to break up. I drove the SL to work today, with the hard top on. Took the long way home today by the ocean and really wished for those warm summer evenings and long ocean drives!

jones'en bad

Yup, I miss it too. I've had convertibles since 1972 and get to use them most of the year in NC. I keep a winter jacket and hat in the trunk of my Mustang just for cold evenings. Turn the heat on and you're fine.

Heck! I'd just settle for temps warm enough to go out and bucket-wash the vehicles!

Bruce Hat just put the top down! Make sure it's well below freezing, see how many looks you get. Wear a short sleeve shirt for added affect.
