I am interested in purchasing some type of scope or meter to analyze the engine on a w126 class car to determine which cylinder is misfiring. Also measuring duty cycle etc. Does anyone have any reocmmendations?

I have been looking at a used Fluke 98 scope meter. (about US$850)

Are there any other low cost digital multi-meter (DMM) with a graphing capability that you can recommend?
