well, my dad gave me a call tonight and told me he saw a 99 e430 with 40k miles on it, and he could get it for 23.9 out the door. He said the car was basically brand new. Is that a fair/good price? Also, how reliable are these cars?, any major well known problems? He's only had to put about 1500 into his 528i in the 100k he's driven it, so thats the kind of reliability he's expecting(had acura's before the bimmer). He also LOVES the way the bimmer drives and rides, so that plays a major part in it as well. I personally keep telling him to just modify the bimmer since he already really likes it, but hey fathers never listen.
