Children's books! I'd forgotten about them.

Here are a few to buy for your wife to read to your kid at bedtime. They'll slay her.

"Love You Forever", Sheila McGraw
"Where the Red Fern Grows", Wilson Rawls
"Velveteen Rabbit", Margery Williams

For goodness sake, men, don't you read those. You'll be a blubbering wreck. They're strictly for wives.

As for me, I'm reading "Bark Canoes and Skin Boats of North America" by Adney/Chapelle; "Arrowsmith" by Lewis and rereading one of O'Brien's Aubrey-Maturin books...can't remember which (they're all good escapist stuff) right now.

We currently have one checked out from the local library titled: Farley Farts by Birte Muller. It's the tale of a flatulent frog and his journey of self-discovery. The daughter just loves it...

just got done with "Atlas Shrugged"- that lady (Ayn Rand) is serious...

Might try to pick up my copy of "Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance", but at 2 re-reads, Its still above my head in some places...
