MB hazard triangle

Did any Mercedes come to North America with the hazard triangle in the trunk. I would like to put one in a 95 W124 car. I noticed the outline of the triangle on the trunk pad but there is no triangle.

Did anyone ever installed the hazard warning traingle in their rides?
