New E320 Wagon
1 Attachment(s)
I just purchased a 1995 E320TE Wagon. Very clean and well taken care of with 98K miles. Ran a carfax, no ploblems and all services have been done. Private owner. Pictures attached. Any E or wagon owners out there with opinions. I needed a wagon and love the 93 t0 95 E series with the later 320 24 valve engine. The price was $7,500.00.

Hey Bruce,
Isn't that the same color as your previous E320? Great looking car, good luck with her. Where are you parking that growing fleet of yours?;) |

Although I've spent around 5K on my wagon in the last 2 months, I still love it. These wagons just have an air of class and stealth about them that the SUV owners just can't quite match,,, IMHO.:D

Thanks guys. Your right, the color is very similiar. Also has beige MB Tex interior. MB Tex holds up so good. The inside looks almost new. It also has the two pull outs for hiding anything in the back and dog shield. Also parking can become a problem.

PJG56. Boy, yours is a real nice one. Your cars sure sound like a nice line up. I bet they look great all parked together. Post us some pictures, quite impressive I'll bet.

Nice ride, Bruce!
I'm hoping to have one of the station wagons one day-- either a 123 diesel or one like yours. |

Great vehicle!
We've had ours for about five years and use it as a kid hauler, family vacation car, and pickup truck. Friends are always amazed how much stuff it can carry. The thing that most surprises me about the 124 wagon is how well it handles in snow. Beyond the built in passenger/cargo flexibility, my favorite feature is the sweet sound of the M104 engine. Using second or third gear, run the engine between three thousand and four thousand rpm and see how you like it. From a stop, when you have a bit of open road, nail the accelerator. Every time I do I'm shocked how quickly this beast accelerates. Enjoy! Best regards, |
Sounds like a great buy! We love our wagon also. :)

Update on the new wagon. It's about two weeks and the E320 drives like a dream. I just had two new tie rods installed (one joint was loose, so I changed the full rods on both sides and had it aligned) Complete fluid changes - brakes, transmission, engine and filter. All maintainance up to date. The wagon is such a great car that I'm driving it more than the other two.
BTW. I ordered the avantgard grill, looks like S600. Should be here by 5-28-04. Pics to follow |
Bruce,
Congrats on the wagon! I loved the ride and feel of my former TE One suggestion is to put a front swaybar and swaybar bushings for a 500E on it. It is inexpensive and you will love the improvement. |
Great Looking and a Question?

Bruce,
Wagon looks great!!! Just so happens I'm now looking for a 1994 320 TE wagon for my wife. I have a Saab 9-5 wagon company car that I have turn in at the end of July. My 94' E-320 sedan has been bullit proof for me and would like to get the wagon version. Are you satified? What should I look out for over the sedan to worry about? Does it make a difference on 1994 or 1995? Do you know of anything available i.e. anything come up after you got this that you thought was good?? I'm in the Mid-Atlantic area. Love that 600S grille and have it on mine. Any response appreciated. TIA |
