A sad, sad story

We were burgled a couple of nights ago and the b******s hunted down the car keys and drove off in the CL500 with some other goodies from the house.

Luckily everything is covered on insurance and it's all going through ok.

The car had a tracker device, but the cops haven't been able to locate it. I presume the thieves were 'pros'.

I'd just cleaned the car the day before too!

So be careful everyone, and hide the car keys well!!

If they still haven't located the car make sure they entered the VIN number correctly into the computer. My friend's car was stolen and the LOJACK wasn't transmitting, turns out the police had entered the wrong VIN. As soon as they got it right they found the car within the hour.

I'll definately get the VIN number checked to make sure they're looking for the right car.

On the upside, at least we'll be car shopping again - that's my favourite time of the year!!!!
