Also, the rear part of the master cylinder does not squirt as much fluid as the front section.
A lot more bleeding strokes are needed for the rear.

Is the rear window "lock out" button stuck down? That would dissable both rear windows. Coffee, coke, etc. can get spilled on the window switches and cause them to malfuction (stick).
