There is no isolated proportion valve.
Front / rear split system, the master cylinder is the proportion control.
Majority stopping power is roughly 75% FRONT brakes.

Cheap alternative
A customer in California: Ran new hose from the center arm rest, through the bulkhead grommet, to the shutoff box.
For 15+ years a mighty vac has been attached as his shut off pump.

99% of the time; it is the dry rotted rubber hose at the vacuum valve = replace one at a time, once both are replaced, retest.
