What about getting 400lbs of that silica gel sand stuff and dumping it into the car through the sunroof, then sealing up the car and waiting a day or two? Silica absorbs 8x its weight in...

You could leave the car running and put the heat...

You could leave the car running and put the heat on full blast for a couple hours....I bet it'd evaporate a LOT of water, leave the back windows open a little bit too, so it can vent the humid...
