Good evening,
I have not started the car in two weeks as it has underwent all sorts of surgery. Just reinstalled injectors as well. Now I am set up to do IP timing using the drip tube. I follow the FSM instructions etc. Note I have not started the car at all, just gone right to the IP timing procedure. Go to turn the engine over by the PS pump and I cant move it at all. The belt slips before it will turn the engine over. I even tightened the belt some. Does this mean I need to crank the starter over a bit since the engine hasnt run in a couple weeks? Am I forgetting something stupid? AND...How do I crank it from the crank bolt? I cant see how to get the socket in there to do it the 'right' way. Thanks, dd
