How 'bout a Misc Ramble forum?

There have been a lot of posts that sorta don't really fit under specific topics, i.e. ppl just wanting to post their pix, describe a nice weekend drive, vent some anger over bad traffic goin' to work, etc. etc. Whether they are on-topic or off-topic, can't we have somewhere where we can just write ANYTHING basically??? Sorta a "Misc Ramble" forum...where we could all just relax...anybody else interested?

I think a General Discussion forum might remove some traffic from Tech Help. It would be obvious for the off tech topic stuff. I tend to want to use the feedback for that, but that doesn't seem right either.
