where is phil???
 

where is Phil??? i ordered an oil filter and the rear bushings as suggested from the forum for my 500e Over A WEEK AGO and i still have not seen them i 've tried to call Phil 3 times and he is nowhere to be found is he the only guy at the parts shop??? this is my first experience w/ the parts shop and i am NOT happy!!!

I FINALLY GOT SOME OF THE PARTS I ORDERED TODAY SAT. I DROVE 60 MILES OUT OF MY WAY YESTERDAY TO GET AN OIL FILTER SO I COULD CHANGE MY OIL I HAD TUES THRU FRI OFF AND PLANNED TO CHANGE MY OIL DURING THAT TIME I NEVER EXPECTED TO WAIT OVER A WEEK !!! FURTHER MORE , YOU DID NOT SEND ME 2 OF 124 326 03 68 AS I REQUESTED AND WAS BILLED FOR THEM PLEASE CREDIT MY CARD FOR THE FILTER AND THE BUSHINGS I DID NOT RECEIVE I WILL SEND YOU BACK THE FILTER COD I'LL FIND THE BUSHINGS ELSEWHERE THANX AND GOOD LUCK MIKE

In defense of Phil, (as if he needs it! :) ).

I've spent $$$ at Fastlane and NEVER had a problem. No need to cry. -- Must be the Howard Dean affliction.

You need to calm down. No point in bringing this in to the open forum a few private E-mails or phone calls to Phil would have been more than adequate

Ever since I got my MB E320 I have ordered all my parts from Fast Lane, Phil has been more than helpful all my parts have arrive extremely fast and I have received exactly what I ordered. I will stand behind Phil and the Fast Lane people any time they are doing a superb job.

I guess is not human to feel ill once in a while?

Phil's a gentleman, an asset to this community, and certainly entitled to a sick leave. Clearly someone else handled your short order. I'd be shocked if he didn't make it right. Bummer on your inconvenience, but please cut the guy some slack.

WHATS THIS,phil is an actual person and not a machine.
you should see how people act when the only smog tech in the shop is out sick. they still want thier car smogged NOW.
