Hi, heard strange from my exhaust, noise sound like the exhaust is hitting against something. Question is.....how can I check where is the exact noise coming from without having any sophisticated tools?

Put car on level ground and wait to cool off. Grab the rear of the pipe and shake. IF you are having a problem, you will find it if it is in the exhaust.
