Expansion Valve: Torque Value

What is the torque value for the 5mm hex head bolts that you use a 3mm allen to remove. It seems maybe just finger tight, but I do have a 1/4 inch flex head torque wrench that I can use to set torque properly.

I did have to drill out one of those bolts, luckily my friend at the dealer gave me a couple a technican removed when they were putting a new evaporator in another car. Apparantly those bolts come with the evaporator.
