Hello there,

I really want to start learning more about the mechanics of Mercedes and their engines. I am just wondering if anybody knows of any web sites where I can start learning more about the mechanics of the cars. I read all these posts, and everybody here seems to know much more than me!!
If anybody knows of any sites, your help would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers

Oliver

Oliver, don't feel bad, I am never in doubt that there are more people out there that know more than me, I just don't know how many of them there are... , well I know of at least 14,000 anyway. You read all the post on this board!!. If true, you're ready to start your own dealership..

Don't assume everybody is right though, do your own research and compare with others.

Thanks for all your help, the gas situation is OK at the moment, but because the government has not lowered taxes on fuel, protesters say they are going to start again. The government are getting the army ready, so I think it will get worse

Thanks again

If you want to know more about the design features of MB engines, subscribe to the Star magzine if you don't already. This is the MB Club of America magazine.

Also there was a good reply here, that should apply to everything you read, whether it's on MBshop or elsewhere. Don't believe everything you read, especially if I wrote it.

Good luck,

I'll remember that Larry! I suppose the best way for me to learn is have a play around under the hood. I suppose it's just a giant jigsaw really!

Thanks again
