Anybody know how to manually lower a tilt sunroof. I tried putting a wrench on the emergency drive thats on the motor put that would not budge, is there some other way of doing this?

I went to your profile to see what you drove. I don't know if it helps, but on my 97 210 I had headliner material jam the tilt mechanism. I was able to remove the side seals (?) ( the bellows like wind shields) and pick out the material with a pair of needle nose pliers.
