Question Electrical Problem w210

Hello all,
I'm experiencing what I believe to be an electrical problem on my 1999 e320.
Symptoms:
Right side front - headlight blinker does not function, parking light does not function, side marker does not function
Right side rear - tail lights out
Left side front - parking light does not function
Checked:
Contacts in the lights, fuses and bulbs -all ok
Voltage check shows I am not getting power to any of the above. How can I diagnose the failure point? I do not have a shop manual or wiring diagram so I'm unsure of the relay location-- any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

-on a similar note--where can I get the best price on a manual on disc

Here's the wiring diagram. Pls download the image, as it will be deleted after four days. If you want the file, email me at hhbk@yahoo.com.
