Removing Lower Outside Door Panels - 124 Body

Does anyone know how to remove the lower outside door body panels on a 124 Body ('95 E320). There is a screw on the inside of the door that I know I need to remove, but how do I remove the panels after that. Do I pry them away from the door? Do I lift and Pull? I don't want to take a chance and break anything, especially any of the clips that may be there.

I want to remove them to check, and possibly treat any rust that may be behind those panels.

Anyone know how?
