Since I installed Windows XP service pack 2, the new pop-up blocker throw a flag when I launch the CD manual and again with each pdf section I open. Is there a way to tell the pop-up blocker to ignore the CD manual?

You should be able to tell the pop up software to ignore anything from the CD drive. What POP up blocker are you using? Most have an exclusion feature that you can use.
