Power Steering Pain 98 ML 320

Turning to the left is becoming an exercise on my 98' ML320. Have heard of past probs and potential leakage. 120,000 miles, perhaps I just need fluid? Where do I check level???

Thanks

Most embarressed that I can't find fill cap-

ps fluid

the fluid reservoir is near the oil filter on the front drivers side of the engine,
you will need to slightly raise the engine plastic cover to remove the cap. the marks on the dipstick have a temp scale so the flud is measured hot or cold and should correspond on the scale. try to use mb fluid if possible, if not use regular power steering fluid, not trans fluid. please let me know how it goes.
