First, my system was an original R12. I nearly swapped over to 134A but after readin' here, seems that it's not a good idea is the consensus here!
I did some searching and have a semi-list of parts needed... New compressor, R4 style. Rebuilt is junk. New dryer/accumulator New hoses New expansion valve Aside from that, what am I missing? I plan to flush the system and evac it. All new o-rings. My bud has the EPA cert paperwork so I won't get price gouged on my R12 thankfully! Is the condensor mkay to flush out since it's been sitting? Where is the best place to get these hoses?
