Replaced wiring harness, engine is misfiring

The wiring harness was recently replaced but the engine is misfiring. It appears that 2 and 6 cylinders are getting too much fuel.

Any help/suggestions would be appreciated

Misfiring how? At idle? At higher RPM? What makes you think 2 and 6 are getting too much fuel? Are getting any fault codes?
