Question 2001 C240 display faulty-visit workshop

So I go the the parking garage to get in my car last night and the alarm is blazing, no idea why. There is no visable damage, so I don't think anyone hit it.

I start it up and the dash says "display faulty-visit workshop" and also SOS - "restraint system, visit workshop". The turn signals won't work, nor will the alarm. The fuel gauge also reads 0. I didn't see any blown fuses, could it be a low battery due the the alarm going off?

Also, I have 73,000 miles on it, but I do have the MB 100,000 mile ext. warranty. Is this covered under that warranty? I made a service appointment for Friday, but would love to correct it myself if possible.

Thank you.
