Windshield Washer Problem
I have a 93 Mercedes 300SE. When I press the windshield washer switch to spray my windshield, the fluid trickles out or not at all. What are some problems?

I would disconnect the hose and try the switch. If you get a good stream out, look for an obstruction in your nozzle, as your pump will be proven to be working fine. You may need to remove the nozzle to clean it out. I have found that the best nozzle cleaners are the tip cleaners for my torches. The obstructions I have found in mine were all pieces of plastic from the inside of the hoses, usually from connection points, where sharp burrs on the plastic castings from the connectors or nozzles would cut the inside of the hose when it was connected. The piece that was cut would sometimes break loose eventually. All loose pieces will end up in the nozzles.

Washer
Disconnect the pump and see the volume It could be a bad pump, sewing machine needles make good cleaners, they have a big end to hold on to.
