If the front of the car were up, the speed sensor, tail gasket and kick down solenoid can leak. If the sensor is leaking remove it carefully they can break $$$$. I do not have a resource that I can direct you to, do a Google search under Mercedes Benz Transmissions. My best advice is to spray the transmission down with a cleaner, drive the car for a couple of miles then pick it up and check for leaks.
