shift points

1. after adjusting the bowden cable in all possible ways, it still doesn't hold 3rd after 40KM/h, as soon as i release throttle paddle it shifts 4th.

2. 1-2 is at 2500, 2-3 at 2200 and 3-4 at 3500 at 40% throttle. is this OK??? and 1st and 2nd never redline at full throttle but 3rd does. Is this behaviour OK??

It might help to know what car you are talking about.
