2001 C320, Springing noise in Back

Hi Everyone, its been quite some time since I have visited this board.

I was driving down the Highway and i hit a pretty decent size pot hole with my 2001 C320. Ever since, if I hit a bump just right, i will hear a noise that sounds like a spring, it just goes "boing" it sounds like it is coming from the right rear of the vehicle. Does this sound like anything familiar to anyone? What do you think it is, and what can be done to correct this?

obviously the car needs to go up on a lift,

but things like exhaust hangers, or fuel pump covers even a broken suspension part are possible

I put the car up on a lift and found not one thing that looked out of the ordinary. This noise is going to make me crazy!
