'84 M102 2.3L stumbles when cold.

I have a slight stumbling problem with my '84 230CE with 2.3L M102 when barely warmed up. This is the same engine found in the 190E's except with slightly higher compression. When I come to a stop and the accelerate, it seems to stumble on the beginning. I've bypassed the coolant sensor but it doesn't seem to make any difference. When the car is cold or warmed up it doesn't stumble. I'm new to MB gassers so I was wondering where I should start checking. I have the FSM for the engine.
