W202 headlight question

Okay, I have searched and searched, my answer was not apparent - so here goes.

I need to replace my headlights due to age (yellowing) and rock pits on the lense. I would like to know if a '95 C36 has projecctor Xenon's and if so would these fit my '95 C220 without complication. I understand the C43 had projector's but I can not determine about the C36's.

Recently I purchased some Eurolights that were made by TYC and I was not happy so I sent them back. As I see it why should I down grade with lower wattage bulbs. Or was I just stupid or lazy not to hook up the vacuum lines.

At this point I feel that I would just stick to Bosch replacements using Halogens if I can not improve the lighting with C36 headlights. These are for my daughters car and she is off in college in the mountains of NC, everytime I go there the fog is terrible. So I feel this is safety issue and yes it's my blood.

Thanks for your help with any suggestions.
