I am changing the rear rotors. I have off the caliper and I am wondering how or what tool I need to get the rotor off. the center has a star like nut... does a parts store have the correct tool to remove?? any other advice would be appreciated. thank you!

look around the mounting flange where the lug bolts attach, you will see a 5mm allen bolt, remove the bolt and pull the rotor, it should come off fairly easy. let me know what happens Ray mercedessd@cox.net |

may be rusted at the hub, or the parking shoes may be too tight, you definately dont have to remove the axle nut to get the disc off. Ray |
