Please help with picture question
When ever i try to upload a picture it says its to big. What do i need to do to make it smaller

You need to reduce the size using software. Or change the format. BMP and GIF files tend to be bigger than say JPG or JPEG files. You need software to change the format also. You can get a bunch of free software from www.download.com that can help.

Or ..... if you are using Windows XP you use the resizing feature from the menu when you right mouse button click on the image file.
If you do not have this feature installed go to XP Power Toys Dwonloads (Microsoft.com) and find the link on the right hand side. Click on the Image Resizer, download it, double-click on it and it is installed. Find the image(s) you need to resize, right button mouse on it, choose Resize and then choose the smallest size.
