380se single cylinder miss??

85 380se, 205k miles. I bought this car about three weeks ago and trying to get it running right. I've changed plugs, cap, and rotor. Also replaced fuel filter and idle control unit. Timing set to 0 degrees with no vacuum. The car shakes at idle, stumbles slightly off idle, and was blowing black soot from the exhaust. I noticed when I changed plugs initially that #2 was in pretty bad shape, no oil buts lots of black carbon. Today I pulled the same plug after doing some testing by removing plug wires with engine running to try to find the miss. #2 had no affect when I pulled the plug wire. The plug was wet with gas. So I went ahead and replaced all of the wires with a set from my local dealer. After replacing the wires and a new plug, idle still the same. I leaned the mixture about a quarter turn and the soot stopped but still not running right. After driving about 40 miles I pulled the plug again and it's covered in dry soot! Almost seems like #2 cylinder is not firing. I checked compression and it shows 148psi. All cylinders are between 145 and 152. I also pulld the injector nozzle from that cylinder and cleaned it as best I could and put a new seal on it. Still no change! What could be causing problems in only this one cylinder?? Thanks is advance, my search didn't help.
