Unhappy need help and advice.....

I had the a service done on my 2001 e320 and a couple weeks later the b service was due since i thought it was mostly a oil and fluid change i let it go now i keep getting the b servise has excedded by 200 miles?????
i dont understand what to do ......also the fresh air filters under the glove box....cant get it out i took all 6 screws out and tried to pull the glove box out but it seemed very hard to get out so i stopped any advice on either of these problems and how do you reset the "service" after oil changes??
Thanks in advance for any help Steve Birch

I see you have no response, so maybe this would be helpful for the glove box problem anyway http://www.peachparts.com/shopforum/showthread.php?t=114970&highlight=glove+box

My manual says how to do it. Should be in the manual somewhere. Something to do with putting the ignition key in different positions for so many seconds etc.
